Abstract
Androgen and androgen receptor ( AR) signaling is necessary in the development of prostate and the stability of gland internal environment .AR signaling drives almost all the growth of prostate cancer cells .In order to drive the growth of prostate canc-er, prostate cancer cells ’ s AR signals function kept well , we can get good proof about androgen and AR signals in metastatic pros-tate cancer.Although the androgen and AR signals is closely involved in the development of normal development of prostate and ad -vanced prostate cancer metastasis , whether it is also related to the occurrence of prostate cancer or proliferation of prostate cancer in the early stages of the process is still unknown .This review summarizes the role of androgen and and AR signaling in the prostate tis-sue , and the knowledge of prostate cancer from happening to transferring and castration resistance , as well as the potential role of an-drogen and AR signaling in the early stages of prostate cancer .关键词
