The research progress of the mitochondria’s relationship with insulin resistance and diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Type 2 diabetes is on the pathological basis of insulin resistance .Environmental factors such as diet , lifestyle, though, is still considered an important determinant of the onset of diabetes .However, diabetes have obvious family genetic basis , and some loci point mutation , deletion and repeat mutations of mitochondrial genome are proved to be closely associated with diabetes .关键词
