老年心血管疾病的遗传学研究现状
The genetic research advance of elderly cardiovascular disease
摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease ( CVD) is a kind of complex disease caused by the interaction between genetic and environ-mental factors.Through a genome-wide association analysis in recent years ( GWAS) , We not only verify previously known mutation loci in CVD in a large sample population but also find many new gene variants related to the common types of CVD, such as coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction (CAD/MI), and ischemic stroke (IS).In this paper, we summarized the recent advance of GWAS research on CVD and show a prospect of clinical application of translational medicine.关键词
