摘要
Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis is a kind of autoimmune disease which have a genetic predisposition.In recent years, A num-ber of research found that AS incidence was rising in our country, and develops in adolescence, with 20 to 30 years old age group, has the highest incidence of AS disease, more men than women, the proportion is about 9:1, It has been a serious threat to the qual-ity of life of teenagers in our country.This review will be taken from the AS clinical symptoms, common complications and common methods for laboratory tests, etiology and mechanism, and AS infection related genetic factor is introduced.关键词
