摘要
Abstract
Objectives To analyze the effect of the application of human-based management in the Elderly cadres.Methods Implement routine care ward management system in June to July 2013 data for the control group, the June to July 2014, in accord-ance with human-based management implementation of ward management in the observation group.Results patients of the observa-tion group for nursing job satisfaction to 96.67 ±1.75, significantly higher than prior to the implementation of the control group 87.83 ±2.48 101.00 ±2.83; satisfaction of the observation group, the nursing staff of the hospital was significantly higher than 91.00 ±1.41;the observation group care quality compliance rate was 99.81 ±0.12, significantly higher than that in the control group 96.88 ±0.47;compared two sets of data was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions through the implementation of human-based management, to promotion of physical examination center in general hospital nursing.关键词
