蜂毒注射液对前列腺癌细胞凋亡的影响研究
Effect of Apistoxin Injection on apoptosis of prostate cancer PC-3 cell

Abstract
Objectives To study the effect of Apistoxin Injection( FD) on apoptosis of prostate cancer PC-3 cell, and to investi-gate the potential mechanism.Methods Blank control Group and FD groups of different concentrations were set up in this study.Cell proliferation was analyzed by MTT assay.Cell apoptosis was measured by Annexin V/PI staining and Flow Cytometry,The intra-cellular concentration of Ca2+measured by Flow Cytometry.Results Compared with the control, after treatment by FD for 24h,48h and 72h, cell activity decreased in FD groups of 8μg/ml、12μg/ml、16μg/ml、20μg/ml、24μg/ml.After treatment by FD for 24h, PC-3 cell of group 8μg/ml apoptosis increased(P<0.05),the intracellular concentration of Ca2+in group 4μg/ml,8μg/ml in-creased.Conclusions FD can induce PC-3 cell apoptosis, which may due to intracellular Ca2+overload.关键词
