Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effects of revascularization surgery on hemorrhagic moyamoya disease.Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 37 patients with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease were analyzed retrospectively.Different treatments, which included direct bypass, indirect bypass, combined bypass and conserved treatment, were compared as well.Results Pa-tients who underwent revascularization surgery had a lower chance of rebleeding and a longer stroke-free time than those with con-served treatment.Direct and combined bypass surgery had a better revascularization efficiency than indirect way.Conclusions Re-vascularization surgery may be an effective treatment in hemorrhagic moyamoya disease.关键词
