摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the vaginal mucosal flap for urethral Lengthening surgery in female-to-male patients. Methods There were 37 cases of female-to-male patients received urethral lengthening surgery with vaginal mucosal flap. Results All patients received urethral lengthening surgery were all successful with the original female urethra extended to the pubic symphysis. 4 cases of distal vaginal mucosal flap erosion. 2 cases of urinary fistula occurred,healed after debridement. Conclusions In the treatment of female-to-male patients, urethral lengthening surgery with vaginal mucosal flap not only reduced wound tension,but also reduced postoperative urinary stone disease resulting in hair problems.关键词
