Abstract
Objective To investigate combined with the ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and Tune Q532nm la⁃ser to treat the pigmentation disease, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination therapy. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014 in our beauty laser center department of 913 cases of senile plaques and senile warts treatment of 306 cases of patients are used in combination with tune Q532nm laser and ultra pulse CO2 laser.Control group selected separately using ultra pulse CO2 laser treatment of 302 cases of patients, and independently used adjustable Q532nm laser treat⁃ment of 305 cases of patients.Combined with the ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and Tune Q532nm laser treat the patients of senile plaques and thickening senile warts, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety. Results After one time treatment for the experimental group patients of senile plaques and se⁃nile warts,the cure rate was 95.5%,temporary hyper pigmentation incidence of 12.2%,no hypo pigmen⁃tation and scarring.Compared with the control group was significantly different (P<0.05 ). Conclusion The therapy of combined with variety of laser such as the ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and tune Q532nm la⁃ser for skin pigmentation diseases, made significant clinical efficacy with higher security.关键词
