Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of three bleaching regimens in the treatment of pulpless and discolored teeth. Methods A total of Ninety-six pulpless and discolored teeth were chosen and randomly divided into three groups:group A,which were inside bleached by sodium perborate and outside bleached by TREE bleaching whitening gel;group B,which were inside bleached by TREE bleaching whitening gel;group C,was treated with combined bleaching using TREE bleaching whitening gel both inside and outside the teeth crown.The effectiveness rate was evaluated and recorded.The data were statistically analyzed. Results The effectiveness rate was 90.32%in group A;70%in group B;91.43% in group C.There was significant difference in the bleaching effect among the three groups. Conclusion For pulpless and discolored teeth bleaching,applied with TREE bleaching whitening gel outside bleach combined itself or sodium perborate inside bleach proved to be a better method.关键词
