Abstract
Objective To explore a new method of double eyelid operation with extensive application scope,lasting effect,faster recovery and natural form. Methods Design personalized double eyelid operation by combining traditional discontinuous buried suture method with incision method and drawing on each other's strength. Results 127cases were operated with this method and all patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months.Among them,the swelling of 107 cases went down obviously within 72 hours after the operation and totally subsided in 14 days.The double eyelids line in 112 cases were clear and natural.8 patients’double-eyelid became unclear and that of 5 patients disappeared. Conclusion Combining traditional discontinuous buried suture method with incision method in double eyelid operation is simple and effective,which is deserved to have more applications.关键词
