Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of 755nm Alexandrite laser Combined with 810nm diode laser on lip hair removal. Methods From May 2014 to March 2015,90 lip hair removal patients were divided randomly into three groups(755nm laser group,30cases;diode 810 nm laser group, 30cases;755nm Alexandrite laser Combined with 810nm diode laser group ,30cases).Hair removal treatment was repeated 6 times with 4-8weeks interval.Clinical observation were performed after 3 months at the 6th treatment to calculate hair decreasing density rate. Results The efficacy rate of lip hair removal in alexandrite 755nm laser group were 90.00%,those in diode 810nm laser group were 93.33%,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05),but the difference of three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of single band laser treatment to the lip hair removal was poor,Combined with different wave band laser instrument for supplementary treatment is meaningful.关键词
