Abstract
Objective The aim of the Study is to investigate the clinlical efficacy and safety of the the Fractional Carbon Dioxide Laser Followed by Diprospan on patients with vitiligo,analyzes each part of vitiligo of the efficacy of combination therapy and drug treatment alone in terms of differences. Methods 94 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the study group).The study group using CO2 Fractional Laser Fllowed by Diprospan treatment, the control group only use medication;and further the study group were divided into groups (face and neck,trunk,limbs, distribution group).the combination therapy efficacy in different parts of the body were evaluated. Results The effective rates of two gruops were 44.68% and 31.91%.The total effective of the study group(78.72% )was significantly higher than the control group(48.93% )and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the face and neck group are always more efficient than the trunk,limbs group(P<0.05);the trunk and limbs group total effective rate was no significant difference. Conclusion The Treatment of CO2 Fractional Laser Followed by Diprospan in patients of vitiligo is safe and effective, and better for the face and neck lesions.关键词
