摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of straight arch wire technique combined with flat bite plate correction on front teeth deep overbite. Methods Selecting 76 patients with front teeth deep overbite in the hospital from March,2012 to March,2014,and randomly dividing them into two groups. The control group only received straight arch wire fixed correction machine to open bite, and the experimental group received straight arch wire technique combined with flat bite plate correction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.74%)was superior to the control group(65.79%),and the average time of complete bite open in the experimental group,which was(3.42±1.21)months,was significantly lower than the control group, which was(5.62 ± 1.51)months,with significantly statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion There is exact clinical effect of straight arch wire technique combined with flat bite plate correction on front teeth deep overbite,with high safety index.So it is worth clinical promotion and application.关键词
