摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of infrabrow excision blepharoplasty. Methods Sixty lids in thirty female patients,with upper eyelid skin redundancy,were operated on by infrabrow excision blepharoplasty from June of 2010 to June of 2013.According to the preoperative measurements,the extra infrabrow eyelid skin was removed.Under orbicularis muscle of incision is fixed in the frontal muscle galea,then,the wound is sutured without tension. Results Incision imprint is not obvious,with satisfactory results in the follow-up time 6 months to 18 months,and the photographic results were collected retrospectively and evaluated. Conclusion Advantages of the idea of infrabrow excision blepharoplasty include postoperative fast recover,better effect,hidden incision imprint and the natural double eyelid reproduction.关键词
