Abstract
Objective To discuss the operation methods and curative effect of individualized correction of eyelid skin to obtain the best clinical effect. Methods From May 2011 to April 2015, according to the personalized features,surgical correction of 308 cases of upper eyelid skin relaxation, follow-up and evaluation of postoperative effect. Results Follow-up of 280 cases of postoperative is complete,followed up for 1 to 12 months,271 patients were satisfied or basically satisfied with the effect of the patients,The relaxation of the upper eyelid obviously improved,The lateral canthus wrinkles significantly reduced,The shape of the eyebrow is not obviously sagging,eyebrow and eyelidlines smooth and natural,The scar is not obvious,Part of the left eyebrow scripture camber is good after tattoo,doctors and patients are satisfied. Conclusion Surgical correction in patients with upper eyelid slack skin should according to the characteristics of personalized, individual design incision,for sexual selection of operative approach can obtain the best clinical effect.关键词
