Abstract
Objective We aimed to introduce modified suture technique to correct senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis. Methods Correction of 19 cases of senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis were made by using modified suture technique,and then post-op visit and check were followed up after 6 months to 3 years of the treatments. Results There was little local post-op reaction in all of the 19 patients and senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis was completely corrected.During the follow-up visits,all cases were transference cured and had no recurrence. Conclusion Modified suture technique is safe and effective to correct senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis.关键词
