Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of sedation,awake time,operation time and adverse reactions incidence between remifentanil combined with propofol and ketamine combined with propofol for double eyelid surgery intravenous analgesic. Methods 200 cases of ASA I-II patients undergoing double eyelid surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups,100 cases in each group. Group A:Remifentanil Combined with propofol;B group:Ketamine Combined with propofol.Slow intravenous injection,observe and record the 2 groups of patients'heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)changes and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the time of before anesthesia (t0),intravenous anesthesia accomplish(t1),local infiltration anesthesia accomplish (t2),5 min after local infiltration anesthesia(t3),10 min after local infiltration anesthesia(t4),20 min after local infiltration anesthesia(t5).Record the 2 groups of patients'awake time, operation time and adverse reactions of nausea,vomiting,respiratory inhibition,restlessness in or after the operation. Results Compared with t0,t1's HR,SBP,DBP of group A were decreased,but the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05);Compared with t0,t1's HR,SBP,DBP of group B were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Group B's HR,SBP, DBP were significantly higher than group A in time of t1,t2,t3, t4.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analgesia and sedation effects of 2 groups are good,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Awake time of group A was(6.5 ± 2.2)min and group B was(25.1 ± 4.5)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Operation time of group A was(50.1 ± 9.7)min and group B was(83.4 ± 11.5)min, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and complications of the A group were lower than that of the B group(P<0.05). Conclusion The undesirable Effects of cardiovascular stimulation,hemodynamics and complication in remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia used for double eyelid surgery are less,and the awake time or the operation time is less too.In conclusion,remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for double eyelid surgery is better than ketamine combined with propofol anesthesia.关键词
