摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of split type oral appliances DocSnoreNix in treating mild and moderate obstructive sleep apnea hyperventilate syndrome(OSAHS)patients. Methods 16 patients with mild and moderate OSAHS were selected to wear the split type oral appliances.Snoring,drowsiness and PSG before and after treatment were compared. Results For all the 16 patients,AHI and lowest oxygen saturation were obviously improved(P<0.05),snoring and drowsiness were significantly reduced compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).No patients complained of discomfort. Conclusion The split type oral appliances DocSnoreNix,a comfortable fit and easy to make,is an effective method to treat mild and moderate OSAHS.关键词
