Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating acne vulgaris with Chinese herbal medicine liquid. Methods 320 patients with acne vulgaris who were admitted to our hospital in recent two years were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 160 cases in each group. Study group the fenci Decoction(Radix Astragali,radix rehmanniae,Radix trichosanthis,moxibustion ephedrine,raw Coix,baikal skullcap root,Radix Isatidis,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Platycladus orientalis)juice fried smoked wash face and drug juice deposited surface treatment,and the patients in control group were treated with tretinoin cream Waicha as a treatment method. Results After two months treatment,the study group,the total effective rate was 96.25%,significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of patients in the study group occurrence rate of 3.75%,significantly lower than the control group 8.13%(P<0.05);after 1 year of follow-up research group,the recurrence rate was 6.88%,which was significantly lower than control group 15.63%(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treating acne vulgaris with Chinese herbal liquid is obvious,and the adverse reactions are few and the recurrence rate is low.关键词
