Screening of SSR Primer Pairs Suitable for Establishing DNA Fingerprinting Pool of Ramie

Abstract
In order to screen SSR core primer pairs which are suitable for establishing DNA finger-printing pool of ramie varieties , 108 ramie varieties as the materials were used to screen 27 sets of SSR primer pairs.Finally, 8 sets of core primer pairs were confirmed .关键词
