摘要

Abstract

The damage mechanism of plant under low temperature is introduced in this paper. At the same time, the response mechanism of plant morphological characters, anatomical structure of leaves, anti-oxidant system, MDA, soluble protein, chorophyll and gene expression under low temperature were studied. At last, the development and emphasis of studies on plant response mechanism under low tem-perature stress are discussed. The aims are to provide important theoretical basis for screening germplasm resources with low temperature-resistant capability and breeding new varieties.
