干旱胁迫下喷施甜菜碱对苎麻生理特性及产量的影响
Effect of Spraying Betaine on Physiological Characters and Yield of Ramie under Drought Stress
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the ramie cultivar “Huazhu No.5”was used to study the effect of spra-ying betaine under drought stress.As a result,spraying betaine could improve the drought resistance of ramie,by means of lowering the increasing ratio of relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of ramie leaves,as well as enhancing the peroxidase (POD)activity at late growth stage and the soluble sugar content.Finally,the ramie yield,specifically the fresh stem weight and the fresh bast weight,was improved when compared with control.This study will provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistance cultivation of ramie and an important evidence for fundamental study of drought -resistance mechanism.关键词
