高产、广适玉米新品种‘显玉509’的选育及栽培技术
Breeding and Cultivation Technology of High Yield, Eurytopicity New Maize Variety‘Xian-Yu 509’

Abstract
According to the ecological environment of Sichuan Area, the experiment was conducted to develop the corn hybrid with characteristics of moderate growth period, disease-resistant, quality, high yield and wide adaptability. Based on the principle of gene recombination, the local germplasm was used as primary base population. Meanwhile, quality, comprehensive resistance directional selection and combining ability analysis on advanced generations were adopted to accelerate the selective breeding speed of inbred-line. Inbred-line‘Yi 2397’was successfully bred, which had the characteristics of strong resistance, disease-resistant, high combining ability and high yield.‘Xian-Yu 509’was bred which was combined inbred-line‘Yi 2397’and inbred-line 0151. The study indicated that the maize hybrid had plenty of merits, including high stable yield, quality, excellent resistance and the wider adaptation. It was adaptable for planting in plain and hilly areas at an elevation of 200-800 m Pingba of Sichuan Province. With hybrid recombination between local germplasm and good phenotype hybrid, inbred-line had the characteristics of strong adaptability, high general combining ability, and the cross combinations had high yield, and quality. And it had broad prospects processing utilization.关键词
