南方红豆杉优树自由授粉家系苗期生长变异
The Seedling Variation of Plus Tree Open Pollination Family of Taxuschinensisvar. mairei

Abstract
In order to improve the genetic quality of Taxuschinensisvar. mairei, a trial for 1-year-old seedling of T. chinensis var. mairei containing 23 timber type families (included CK) was conducted in Mingxi County of Fujian Province. The results showed that there were significant differences in the seedling height, diameter at ground and the length of the longest lateral branch among the families; there were significant positive correlation between the seedling height, diameter at ground and the length of the longest lateral branch among the families. The 22 plus tree open pollination family seedling traits were significantly better than the CK. The seedling height, diameter at ground and the length of the longest lateral branch had higher broad heritability, medium coefficient of variation and higher genetic gain. 22 plus tree open pollination families breeding seedlings could realize the purpose of genetic improvement.关键词
