红小豆根瘤菌结瘤数与农艺性状之间的相关性分析研究
Analysis of Correlation Between Nodule Numbers of Rhizobium and Agronomic Traits of Adzuki Bean

Abstract
The study aims to explore the nodule number characteristics of adzuki bean with rhizobium in field condition, and find the difference from nodule numbers of nodule bacteria in adzuki beans. The author used 65 sets red adzuki beans as the research objects, obtained data in field and conducted the analysis by computer. The results showed that different traits of adzuki beans nodule number had great differences, the mean nodule number of creeping type red adzuki beans was higher than that of the upright type by 23.97;range overtopping value was 32.3. Traits correlation analysis showed that the number of adzuki bean nodulation had extremely and significantly positive correlation with plant height, branch numbers of main stem, number of pods per plant and grains per plant, the correlation coefficient were 0.663325, 0.410746, 0.438036 and 0.283786, respectively; the number of adzuki bean nodulation had a significantly positive correlation with the node number and the correlation coefficient was 0.137257; the number of adzuki bean nodulation had a negative correlation with the single pod length and 100 grain and the correlation coefficients were-0.08542 and-0.3913, respectively, and the correlation with 100 grain weight reached extremely significant level. In conclusion, different ecological types of adzuki bean had different nodulation number, these differences could be used to achieve the purpose of germplasm innovation.关键词
