摘要
Abstract
The current self-organization expanded rapidly among young college students, and many net-based self-organizations began to construct organization codes and regulations to provide an institutional guarantee for sustainable activities.They set forth to nurture an organizational culture, and gradually took a concrete form of organizations. The traditional college student education, management and service delivery were thus severely challenged. Based on college students' self organization operating characteristics,this paper discussed the internal logic of youth self-organization, and analyzed the system factors influencing the operation of students self-organizations. The paper presented some suggestions for promoting a healthy development of students self-organizations under the guidance of university ideological and political education: meeting the needs of students, integrating self-organization into ideological and political education system and enhancing guidance and nurturing.关键词
