Research and Improvement of University Library Service Encounter
摘要
Abstract
The study of university library service encounter helps to attain higher user satisfaction.This paper firstly analyzes the relationship between service encounter's connotation and its three elements. Then the paper studies the user satisfaction degree in the service encounter process.Finally, the paper proposes some detailed improvement strategies for university library service encounter from different perspectives, such as service planning management, critical moment management, service innovation, service feedback and remediation and new technologies utilization.关键词
