Trade Effect of Food Safety Standards---Take China's Agricultural Products Export as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Food safety standards have been the main obstacle of China's agricultural products export. Gravity model and panel data were applied to proof the influence of food safety standards on China's agricultural products export in this paper. The results showed that, food safety standards could contain trade in the short term and support trade in the long term. Hence, it is necessary to understand the potential effect of the food safety standards on China's agricultural products export. We need expand the market that food safety standards was looser and diversify export markets in the short term, and in the long term improve the quality of the products constantly.关键词
