Abstract
Under the influence of low consumption, increasing production, and import factors of beef and mutton, the tensions between supply and demand in domestic market were alleviated in the first half of 2015. Since March, the prices of beef and mutton have been decreasing continuously, so that the cultivation profits have been squeezed. For the next five years, the production of beef and mutton in China will increase steadily with constant increasing consumption, the tense relationship between supply and demand will not change in a short time, and the prices of beef and mutton will fluctuate with a small range, but still remain at a high level.关键词
