Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, Chinese government has done a lot of work in anti-poverty, which has achieved some results. But a problem which cannot be ignored is that so far China still has a large number of poor people, they are concentrated in rural areas. What's more, rural poverty exist a series of problems, such as the great difficulty to drop out of poverty, the slow speed of out of poor, the high rate of turning back to poverty, intergenerational transmission of poverty and economic risks increase. The authors systematically analyzed the theories of intergenerational transmission of poverty at home and abroad from the view of factors influencing intergenerational transmission of poverty, then provided effective suggestions for Chinese anti-poverty in rural areas and references for the government adjusting the social system, policy and the poverty reduction strategy, in order to make full use of the government and society's power to solve the problem of Chinese rural poverty.关键词
