Abstract
Pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma(PMEC)is rare and survival does not appear to be improved by tra-ditional chemotherapy and radiotherapy, Because of the low incidence and lack of large randomized studies,optimal therapy for PMEC has not yet been established, With the development of tumor and cell biology,molecular targeted therapy as a potentially new approach has gradually become part of the clinical treatment of PMEC, We reviewed the progress of research on PMEC,focu-sing on its therapeutic target and mechanism of action.关键词
