Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels and relationship between serum Hcy and OX - HDL in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease( CAD), Methods By using stratified sampling method,115 patients with CAD〔65 males and 50 females,with an average of(73, 3 ± 2, 3)years old〕admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from June 2012 to June 2013 and 38 healthy controls〔24 males and 14 females,with an average age of(69, 3 ± 11, 9)years old〕were selected randomly, The 115 cases of CAD patients were further divided into normal Hcy group〔28 ca-ses,17 males and 11 females,with an average of(71, 2 ± 1, 8)years old〕and Hcy abnormal group〔87 cases,48 males and 39 females,with an average of(72, 6 ± 7, 5)years old〕, Roche Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer was used to determine the levels of serum TG,TC,LP - a,HDL,LDL,UA,FA and VitB12 , While ELISA method was used to detect serum Hcy and OX - HDL levels, Results The Hcy and OX - HDL levels in the CAD group were both higher than the control group( P <0, 05), Among the CAD patients,Hcy abnormal group had lower levels of HDL and higher levels of OX - HDL and LDL than Hcy normal group(P < 0, 05), The difference of TG,TC and LP - a was no statistically significant( P > 0, 05), In CAD group,FA and VitB12 was negatively correlated with Hcy(r = - 0, 732, - 0, 652;P = 0, 001,0, 013),OX - HDL was posi-tively correlated with Hcy( r = 0, 772,P = 0, 000),and FA was negatively correlated with OX - HDL( r = - 0, 571,P =0, 024), Logistic regression analysis showed that history of high blood pressure〔OR(95% CI) = 2, 782(1, 458,9, 016)〕、OX - HDL〔OR(95% CI) = 3, 881(1, 855,8, 112)〕 and Hcy〔 OR(95% CI) = 2, 587(1, 239,5, 414)〕 were risk factors of CAD, Conclusion The Hcy and OX - HDL are risk factors of coronary heart disease, They may play a role in the di-agnosis and assessment of CAD, There is correlation between Hcy and OX - HDL in coronary heart disease,which provides clues to the cause of CAD mechanisms and production of OX - HDL.关键词
