摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the outcomes of pregnant women with Eisenmenger syndrome and to investigate the treatment during perinatal period, Methods 14 cases of pregnant women with Eisenmenger syndrome treated in the Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2008 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of perinatal man-agement and pregnancy outcomes, Through multidisciplinary collaboration,all the cases were given perinatal assessments,consul-tations and individual management plans, The cases all chose cesarean section, Results Four cases suffered from postpartum hem-orrhage, Three cases died during hospitalization,one case died within 3 months after delivery, Two neonates died and 12 sur-vived, Conclusion Pregnancy with Eisenmenger syndrome has high incidence of perinatal maternal mortality,which needs care-ful management by multidisciplinary collaboration to generate satisfactory outcomes, Particularly,we should pay attention to intra-partum and postpartum hemorrhage,which may influence the cardiovascular function.关键词
