Problems of Community Healthcare System Establishment:Based on the Experience of Datun Community Health Serv-ice Center in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
Development of community healthcare is the top priority in the healthcare reform of China. However,there are such problems as absence of some related systems,imperfect facility,outflow of talents now. This paper suggests proposals on strengthening the development of community health talents,fulfilling the system of national essential drugs,improving community health service funding mechanism,increasing hardware facilities investment,further building a sound two - way referral system ,coordinating medical relationships between tertiary hospitals and community health service centers.关键词
