心肌桥引起急性心肌梗死一例报道
Acute Myocardial Infarction Due to Myocardial Bridge:One Case Report
摘要
Abstract
A portion of the artery or artery tree runs under the superficial myocardial fibers for a short distance,and we define the myocardial fibers as " myocardial bridge",and we regard the coronary artery as " intramural coronary artery". The clinical performance of myocardial bridge are varied,and most of myocardial bridge are asymptomatic,and there are very few cases of acute myocardial infarction due to myocardial bridge. In this article,we reported a patient with acute myocardial infarc-tion due to myocardial bridge,in order to strengthen the understanding of the disease for physicians.关键词
