摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship of the mental stress status between the personality and the coping style in the female injured. Methods The injury occurred 15-30 days in Urumqi,The 155 injured patients in five general hos-pital were interviewed and evaluated by 16-Cattell Personality Factor Test(16PF),the Coping Style and Symptom Checklisrt 90(SCL-90). Comparison between the mental health of men and women to explore the 39 women wounded personality and mental health,personality and coping style,coping style and mental health status of the relationship. Results Comparing male and female,Female had more heavier symptoms in SCL-90(P<0. 05). In relevant analysis of the female personality and cop-ing styles,gregariousness correlated with for help positively(r=0. 48,P<0. 05);The intelligent correlated with the avoidance and rationalization negatively(r= -0. 41,P<0. 05;r= -0. 65,P<0. 01);sensibility,suspicious and tension correlated with the guilt positively,instead of stability(r=0. 48,P<0. 05;r=0. 44,P<0. 05;r=0. 57,P<0. 01;r= -0. 44,P<0. 05). Conclusion The violence maybe more likely to cause harm to the female 's psyche. We should pay attention to con-duct psychological intervention for the female patients. Personality traits and coping styles influence each other.关键词
