免费给药情景下农村社区高血压患者用药情况调查
The Usage of the Antihypertensive Drugs in Rural Community under the Free Medication Scenario BO
摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the utilization of free antihypertensive drugs and the re-lated complication. Methods Using questionnaire survey,3 032 questionnaires were distributed to the beneficiaries in Wai Gang community from November,2011 to January,2012 and 2 990 valid questionnaires were returned. The investigation contents were about the basic information of the visiting residents,use of antihypertensive,related complication and their satisfaction with the policy,ect. Results The using rate of Felodipine(13. 01%,389/2 990)and Telmisartan(5. 92%,177/2 990)that were not covered by the government program was even higher than some of the covered drugs. The result also showed that the cumulative in-cidence of ischemic stroke was 5. 38% ( 161/2 990 ) among the beneficiaries in the program, ranking first of all. 91. 00%(1 779/1 955)of the residents who only took free-charged medicine were satisfied with the medicine categories provided in this policy. Conclusion The category of free antihypertensive drugs was unable to meet the basic treatment need of the beneficiaries in Waigang Community,so it needs further optimization according to the actual need to improve the implementation result of the free medication policy.关键词
