摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Nutritional Form for the Elderly(Chinese version) (NUFFE - CHI)to provide tools for elderly malnutrition screening. Methods NUFFE - CHI was used to carry out a question-naire in 701 community elderly(≥60 years old)in 3 communities in Jinzhou from April to July 2013. The indicators of reliabil-ity and validity of NUFFE - CHI were calculated. Results The internal consistency Cronbach′s α of NUFFE - CHI was 0. 65, split - half reliability was 0. 67 and test - retest reliability was 0. 80(P ﹤ 0. 001). Item - to - total correlation analysis shows that each item scores was positively correlated with total score(P ﹤ 0. 05),the content validity index(CVI)was 0. 827. Six com-mon factors from exploratory factor analysis explained cumulatively 57. 65% of variance; the communalities of items of NUFFE - CHI were 0. 397 - 0. 668. By confirmatory factor analysis,the goodness of fit index(GFI),adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI)of NUFFE - CHI 6 - factor model were both≥0. 900,root mean square error approximation(RMSEA) ﹤ 0. 05;NUFFE - CHI nonstandardized 6 - factor model regression coefficients were 0. 46 - 8. 85,the standardized were 0. 22 - 0. 75. Conclusion NUFFE - CHI is of good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for elderly malnutrition screening in community elderly population.关键词
