The Homogeneity Analysis of " Basis" in Basic Medical Service and Basic Public Health Service
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we from the perspective of the health service product attributes,to compare the basic medi-cal services and basic public health services' features in the new health service reform,and analysis their relationship and homo-geneity of connotations. Basic medical services and basic public health services constitute the primary medical institutions' health services,although there are differences in both the financing and payment models between the two services,their essences are all to protect the health of residents. So,basic medical services and basic public health services are homogeneous,and the integrated management of the two services will become the development trend,and we should try to co-ordinate the process to seize the properties of both products and services.关键词
