北京市社区老年人临终关怀知晓率及其影响因素研究
The Knowledge Rate on Hospice Care of the Elderly in Beijing and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of the elderly's knowledge of hospice care in Beijing commu-nities and analyze the influencing factors so as to provide some evidence for health education campaign of hospice care. Methods Form June to August 2012,the self-designed hospice care awareness questionnaire and the stratified cluster sampling were used for investigation in the communities of 4 districts in Beijing,and the sample size was defined at 2 726. Results A total of 2 602 (95. 5%)effective questionnaires were returned and the awareness rate of elderly hospice care was 22. 1%(575). Multiple lo-gistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors included 5 aspects:administrative district,age,education degree, economic sources,and numbers of combined diseases. Conclusion We should strengthen the education and publicity work of hospice care,especially in the underdeveloped regions.关键词
