肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件的开发设计

Abstract
Objective Todevelopcomprehensiveevaluationsystemsoftwareofdigestivetractsymptomsoftumor chemotherapy( DRSTC)to manage DRSTC patients effectively and to provide reference for patients participating in clinical deci-sion.Methods ThroughestablishingtheoreticalmodelofDRSTCcomprehensivescoringsystem,thetechniquesofcomputer and network were used to design database and construct architecture,system function and operation flow of software system. Re-sults Afterrunningfor6months,thesoftwarecollectedtheinformationof114DRSTCpatients.Theinformationwascomplete, data processing rapid. The system realized the DRSTC management in which patients and medical staff participated together. Conclusion ThesystemcanevaluateandmonitorDRSTCdynamically,collectpatients′informationscientificallyandsystemati-cally,to lay the foundation of management,research and network system reporting clinical outcomes of DRSTC.关键词
