Research Progress on the Application of Proteomics in Obesity, Insulin Resistance and Type 2 Diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Withtheimprovementofpeople′slivingstandards,obesityhasbecominganimportantfactoraffecting health.The relationship between obesity , insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes is close , which is often considered as a continu-ous phase of disease development .On the base of the whole protein , proteomics can discover more deeper and more close life es-sence, and can explore the basic laws of life activities and mechanisms of disease , the major proteomic techniques consist of di-mensional electrophoresis and mass -spectrography.This article focuses on the progress of the current proteomic techniques , em-phatically introduces research progress on the application of proteomics in obesity , insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, by de-tecting some relevant markers , providing a new insights into the study of type 2 diabetes.关键词
