“政府办管”“院办院管”和“市场办管”三种社区卫生服务模式比较分析
A Comparative Study on the Three Community Health Services Models in China
摘要
Abstract
Government - establishing and government - managing,Hospital - establishing and hospital - managing, and Market - establishing and market - managing are the three main community health services models. Literature review and poli-cy analysis were used to define the three managing models of the community health services;and the advantages and weak points of every managing model were analyzed from health economics,public administration and social security. The suggestions were provided that the models of community health services should be made in accordance with the level of social and economic develop-ment,and all social sectors should be mobilized and organized to participate in the governance of community health services, meanwhile,we should continue promoting the reform of the management systems and operating mechanisms.关键词
