新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清β抑制蛋白2与游离脂肪酸水平变化及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系研究
Relationship of SerUmβ-arrestin 2 to Changes of Free Fatty Acid and InsUlin Resistance in Newly Diagnosed T2DM Pa-tients

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of serumβ-arrestin 2 and free fatty acid( FFA)changes and in-sulin resistance(IR)in patients newly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods From April to December 2012,60 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were enroll as T2DM group,30 healthy subjects as normal control( NC)group from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University. The general data( age,height,weight,BMI)were collected,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),TG,TC,FINS,β-arrestin 2,FFA determine,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),in-sulin sensitivity index( ISI),insulinβ-cell function index( HOMA-β)calculated. Univatiate Spearman rank correlation a-nalysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between β-arrestin 2,FFA and IR. ResUlts There was no significant difference in gender,age,AST,ALT between groups NC,T2DM(P >0. 05). BMI,TG,TC, FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HbA1c,FFA were higher in T2DM group than in NC group(P <0. 05),and ISI,HOMA-β,β-arrestin 2 lower in T2DM group than in NC group(P<0. 05). By univariate correlation analysis,β-arrestin 2 was nega-tively correlated with BMI,FPG,TG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HbA1c,FFA(r= -0. 280,-0. 328,-0. 307,-0. 338,-0. 468,-0. 225,-0. 623,P<0. 05),positively with ISI(r=0. 439,P<0. 05);FFA was positively with BMI,FPG, TG,TC,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR(r=0. 339,0. 469,0. 535,0. 277,0. 437,0. 693,0. 752,P<0. 05),negatively with ISI(r= -0. 729,P<0. 01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that FFA was an independent factor influencing IR,β-arrestin 2(standardized partial regression coefficient =0. 07,-83. 20,P<0. 05). ConclUsion β-arrestin 2 plays an important role in IR formation in T2DM patients. FFA is an independent influencing factor of IR,β-arrestin 2. Increased FFA involved in IR formation by reducingβ-arrestin 2 level,which provides a theoretical basis for FFA leading molecular mechanism of IR.关键词
