黄芩苷与栀子苷相使配伍治疗脑血管病的机制研究进展

摘要
Abstract
The paper studies the components compatibility of refined Qing Kai Ling( RQKL),observes the therapeu-tic mechanism of the compatibility use of Baicalin and Jasminoidin in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and compares the thera-peutic effect of single component and compatibility of components. The Baicalin shows satisfactory efficacy in antioxidant,neuro-protection,alleviating encephaledema,anti-inflammatory and multi-way of cerebral protection,while previous pharmacologi-cal studies show that the Jasminoidin is effective in anti -inflammatory, anticoagulant, detoxication, antioxidant and antitu-mor. Neuropharmacology researches show that Jasminoidin plays an important role in neurotrophy and inducing neuronal differenti-ation. The compatibility of Baicalin and Jasminoidin has additive effect in intervention on cell adhesion-related genes. Besides, the Baicalin and Jasminoidin can also increase the secretion of NGF after ischemia,thus it can be inferred that Baicalin and Jas-minoidin can up-regulate the secretion of NGF by neuroglia cells after ischemia. However,the mechanism requires further re-search.关键词
