摘要
Abstract
Objective Toinvestigatetheremaininggrowthabilityandfinalbodyheightindifferentagedgirlswithcen-tralprecociouspuberty(CPP)afterthetreatmentofgonadotropin-releasinghormoneanalog(FnRHa).Methods 53girls with CPP selected from department of pediatric endocrinology of our hospital between March 2O12 and May 2O13 were divided into low age group(group A)and high age group(group B). After treatment of FnRHa,all of them received long time follow up every half a year,we observing the difference between their predicted adult height and their final body height. Results ( 1 ) There was a significant difference between the two groups in remaining growth ability:group A showed no difference between final body height and predicted adult height(P<O. O5);while in group B,the final body height was lower than the predicted adult height(P<O. O5). Patients of group A were significant taller than those of group B when they turned into adults(P<O. O5);(2) Patients' remaining growth ability after treatment was negatively correlated to the then age of receiving treatment. Conclusion Aftertreatment,girlswithCPPstartingtreatmentatlowagearepredicatedhigherremaininggrowthabilityanditturnsoutthat their final body height is similar to the target height. However,the high age group could not reach the predicted adult height. The results suggest that CPP patients should accept FnRHa treatment in earlier age.关键词
