重度男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者焦虑抑郁症状分析
Anxiety and Depression in Male Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Hypopnoea Syndrome

Abstract
Objective Toinvestigatetheanxietyanddepressioninmalepatientswithobstructivesleepapneaandhy-popneasyndrome.Methods 152malepatientswithOSAHSwerecollectedfromtheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofChinaMedicalU-niversity and were divided into three groups according to apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),including mild group(56),moderate group(36)and severe group(6O). Record their general information and detect AHI,AI,HI,LSaO2 and MSaO2 at night by PSF,finallyassessthembySelf-ratingAnxietyScale(SAS)andSelf-ratingDepressionScale(SDS).Results Theresult showed that the standard scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher in the severe(51. 99 ±6. 73,53. 42 ±6. 87)male group than those in the mile(44. 95 ±8. 74,45. 67 ±11. 25)and moderate(46. 88 ±11. 74,49. 27 ±12. 76)groups(P<O. O5). The standard scores of SAS and SDS were positively related to smoking index,AHI,HI,AI and negatively related to LSaO2,MSaO2.Conclusion ComparedwiththemildandmoderatemaleOSAHSpatients,thestandardscoresofSASandSDS of the severe male OSAHS patients were significantly higher. The standard scores of SAS and SDS were closely related to smoking index and PSF indexes.关键词
