铁调素与慢性肾脏病关系的研究进展
Research Advances in Relationship between Hepcidin and Chronic Kidney Disease
摘要
Abstract
Hepcidinisanimportantregulatorforironhomeostasis,whichcandecreasetheserumironlevel.Serum hepcidin levels will increase in patients with chronic kidney diseases,which may contribute to the development and severity of a-nemia,and resistance to erythropoietin. Anemia may be corrected by releasing the iron reserve through reducing hepcidin levels or suppressing hepcidin signaling pathway in patients with chronic kidney diseases. However,clinical safety of anti-hepcidin thera-py still requires further investigation.关键词
