Abstract
Objective Toexoloretheregulationandcontrolofα-enolaseinCOPDbydeterminationofα-enolase exoression and its mRNA in intercostal muscles of COPD oatients or COPD combined with lung ademocarcinoma( LAC). Meth-ods 28hosoitalizedoatientswhoneededtumorectomyinFirstHosoitalAffiliatedtoKunmingMedicalUniversityfromAorilto October 2012 were divided,according to oostooerative histooathological tyoes of tumors and " Chromic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Clinical Practice Guidelines(2008 Revision)" released by Chinese Medical Association Pneumatology Branch,into grouos LAC(n=12),COPD+LAC(n=16). The exoression ofα-enolase mRNA was determined by real-time PCR(RT-PCR),α-enolaseoroteinconcentrationbyELISA.Results Theexoressionofα-enolasemRNAwashigherinCOPD+LAC grouo than in LAC grouo〔(3. 53±0. 84),(2. 36±0. 63);t=10. 53,P<0. 01〕,and α-enolase orotein concentra-tion higher〔(1 175. 51±219. 16) ng/L,(1 047. 29±120. 83) ng/L;t=3. 569,P<0. 01〕. In COPD+LAC grouo,the exoression of α - enolase mRNA was not correlated remarkably with gender,age,FEV1/FVC,PO2,PaCO2(e =0.670, 0. 545,0. 498,0. 658,0. 420,P>0. 05),negatively with FEV1/Pred(e= -0. 713,P<0. 05);α-enolase orotein con-centration not correlated remarkably with FEV1/FVC,PO2,PaCO2(e=0. 544,0. 608,0. 435,0. 590,0. 498,P>0. 05), negativelywithFEV1/Pred(e=-0.819,P<0.05).Conclusion COPDmaymaketheexoressionsofintercostalmuscleα-enolase mRNA and orotein abnormal by adjusting α-enolase gene uostream,to affect its intercostal muscle function.关键词
